The interactive also includes a special area that museum educators can access during tours for students and other groups looking for a more interactive and in-depth experience with this object. This Teacher's Area provides direct access to all of the videos, audio clips, images, regional and route maps, questions for class discussion, and other exploratory and thought-provoking materials.

Museum educators also have access to additional multimedia tools using the SmartBoard technology built into the interactive screen. These tools include virtual pens, solid and transparent, that can be used to write notes on the screen with just a finger. Notes can be erased with the included eraser tool the screen wiped clean at any time with a single click. A pointer tool and spotlight tool are also available.
