The 95-page, fully-illustrated catalogue (MFA Publications, 2002) includes a foreword by Malcolm Rogers, the Ann and Graham Gund Director of the MFA, and an essay by the show's organizer, Barbara Stern Shapiro, curator of special projects at the MFA. It will be available for $27.50 (hardbound) and $18.95 (paperback).
